We are an old-fashioned diverse vegetable farm specializing in hard to find GMO-free open-pollinated heirlooms from all over the world.  Our main focus is the heirlooms of America, Italy and France, with selections from Eastern Europe, Meso-America and The Far East. 


Although we are not certified, we follow all the principles of an organic farm, and use only OMRI listed inputs.  We do not use petroleum based chemical pesticides, herbicides or insecticides.  We follow the tenets of bio-dynamic farming and plant by the moon. 


Currently we vend through the Local Food Hub Curbside Contact Free Market.  Farm tours are available by appointment.

We employ bio-intensive and bio-dynamic approaches combined with old-fashioned row cropping.  We use farmscaping techniques to attract beneficial insects and predators to control pests.  We preserve meadow areas in the farm field for the benefit of butterflies, birds and dragonflies.  Our goal is to create a thriving ecosystem within the farm site.  We farm naturalistically and do not try to exert control over outcomes beyond a certain point.  We take what natures gives us. Companion planting and crop rotation are key.
